TriVista works with suppliers throughout China, India and other parts of Asia to implement operational improvements to supplier factories.  Working hand in hand with supplier factory management, our teams of Lean Six Sigma Certified Consultants are available to both train supplier management teams on Lean Manufacturing Tools and Methodologies, as well as help implement improvements to their factory operations.  We typically begin by conducting detailed assessments to identify areas of potential improvement.  Once we have identified targeted process and functional areas within the organization, we work with management teams to help execute improvement projects that drive significant efficiency improvements and financial savings.
