Former ITT Executive, Stuart Lowe Joins TriVista

TriVista is pleased to announce the addition of Stuart Lowe as the newest member of the TriVista Team. Stuart joins as SVP & Managing Director and will focus on the Industrial and Aerospace practices from our Headquarters in Orange County, CA.

Stuart brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, strategy, general management and leadership while holding full P&L responsibilities. Stuart’s successful track record of leading significant business change and driving growth in Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Electronics and Industrial markets will make him a a valuable resource to our clients.

In his most recent role as Vice President Global Engineering of ITT Cannon Connectors, Stuart was responsible for the technical and strategic leadership of the $420 million division.

Leo Liu, Promoted to Managing Director

TriVista is pleased to announce that Leo Liu has been promoted to Managing Director of TriVista’s China Operations.

Tim Ristoff, CEO & Managing Director, made the announcement on March 17, noting “Over the past years, Leo has built an outstanding team and company in China for TriVista and has attracted some of the best operational talent in all of Asia and we are extremely proud of the team he has built. I am confident that Leo’s continued leadership will result in exceptional success for TriVista and our Team for many years to come.”

In his new role, Mr. Liu will continue to be responsible for the continued expansion of our China team, and the successful execution of the TriVista’s Management Consulting Assignments throughout China and Asia.

About Leo Liu

Leo Liu is Managing Director of TriVista’s Asia Headquarters in Tianjin, China. In addition to leading TriVista’s operations throughout China and Asia, Mr. Liu works extensively to support Private Equity transactions in the Industrial and Consumer Products sectors as well as designing and leading operational consulting engagements for mid market and Fortune 1000 clients.

Prior to joining TriVista in 2008, Leo has established himself as one of China’s few Lean & Six Sigma Manufacturing experts implementing and championing Lean and Six Sigma Operational Best Practices across a number of industries for Fortune 300 companies throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Leo began his career in Quality Systems Management at Lucas Industries as the Fortune 500 firm expanded operations further into China. After several years in increasingly critical roles for Lucas in China, Leo began working for ITT Industries where he became a Lean Master and Value Based Six Sigma Champion for all of ITT’s operations throughout Asia. Prior to leaving ITT, Leo directed over 1,800 employees as Factory Director and General Manager for their Tianjin, China facility. More recently, Leo has continued to drive operational excellence for multinationals in China as Plant Manager for Grammer Interior, a German automotive manufacturing firm in Tianjin.

A native of Tianjin, China, Leo received his bachelors of arts from Hangzhou University of Commerce in English for international trade and business. Leo has completed an extensive leadership program at Ashridge University, England, and received his Lean Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Champion certifications from ITT University.

Peter J. Hlavin Joins TriVista

Peter Hlavin brings over 25 years experience creating value for executive management and stakeholders in the areas of corporate development (M&A), investment banking, and private equity.  Peter has managed, directed, and/or supported over 100 middle market M&A projects representing over $1.5 billion in corporate financings.

Prior to joining TriVista, Peter was Owner of an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise providing operational guidance to executive management.  Previously, Peter was Managing Principal and co-founder of Classic Capital Management, a merchant banking boutique providing M&A and strategic advisory services.  Earlier, Peter was Vice President of Corporate Development for DT Industries, a $500 million public company comprised of 16 operating units.  In this capacity, he was responsible for cross-divisional acquisitions & divestitures and assisting in the integration of new acquisitions both domestically and internationally. TriVista is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members to our Tianjin, China office.

Kevin Liu- Project Manager

Kevin brings 10 years of project and program management experience in the electronics and semiconductor industry to TriVista.

Prior to joining TriVista, Kevin was Project Manager at CTS – Tianjin, a large electronics firm where he managed customer relations and provided leadership and direction to a team of more than 1,000 employees.  During his tenure there Kevin championed cost reduction initiatives, and  supported both business development initiatives and new program formation and implementation. Rex Huo – Supplier Quality Engineer

Rex brings TriVista over 10 years of supply chain, quality, operations and manufacturing experience to his role as supplier quality engineer. Prior to joining TriVista, Rex spent several years as the Quality Management System Trainer at Siemens, one of the world’s largest electronics and electrical engineering companies. At Siemens, Rex was responsible for the implementation and management of quality systems audits, maintenance and improvement.
