TriVista is pleased to announce the addition of another Lean Specialist to our growing team in China. Edwin Song brings TriVista clients more than 5 years of significant engineering and process improvement experience. Prior to joining TriVista, Edwin spent several years with Alstom, a global leader in the rail transport and power generation businesses. During his tenure there, he was responsible for implementing several highly successful process improvement projects focused on the implementation of a pull production system and a FIFO inventory process. In addition to this, he focused heavily on the implementation of a robust Total Preventative Maintenance program where he was responsible for the dramatic improvement of equipment uptime. Edwin began his career at Foxlink Energy, a major battery supplier to the mobile phone industry.

A native of Tianjin, China, Edwin received his bachelors of science in industrial engineering from Tianjin University and has been extensively trained in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
