Project Risk Management

Recognizing that problems will always arise when transferring or opening a new facility, TriVista believes the only way to reduce risk, is to anticipate problems and mitigate consequences by establishing corrective action plans in advance.

To facilitate this, TriVista utilizes our proprietary Transfer Failure Modes & Effects Analysis Process or “TFMEA.” Collaborating with a cross-functional team led by TriVista staff, we develop a list of the major areas of risk and rate them based on the Probability of Event Occurrence and the overall Revenue, EBITDA, Cash and Timing Impacts. Our TFMEA Process typically occurs over a two-day strategy session with senior leadership and project management teams.
