As a Managing Director at TriVista, Scott brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with management teams and boards of directors at leading U.S.-based companies to the firm’s clients. He is recognized for his focus on achieving dramatic improvements in financial performance and market value through acquisition, organic growth and operational profit improvement.

Industry Experience

Scott’s supply chain and corporate strategy expertise is built on his experience as a P&L owner and business operator, building two national businesses from launch to leading positions in their respective markets.

During his consulting career, Scott held leadership positions in the Supply Chain and Business Strategy practices at A.T. Kearney and Accenture. His work at these firms included partnering with clients to assess and develop business strategy, evaluate acquisition opportunities and improve operational performance across the supply chain. As a Senior Partner in Accenture’s Supply Chain practice, Scott was instrumental in developing and leading client relationships in the manufacturing, distribution, high-tech consumer hardware, retail and financial services industries.

Professional Experience

Most recently, Scott was Managing Director at L16 Group, a strategy and operations consulting firm focused on improving the enterprise value of mid-market companies. The impact of completed and in-process enterprise value improvement initiatives is projected to exceed $1.8 B. Before that, Scott was President, Proxima North America, where he managed development of each aspect of the business, from hiring and motivating new employees, to building out delivery operations, developing and executing the marketing strategy, and driving business development.

As a consultant, Scott’s supply chain optimization experience includes managing a global operations transformation for a leading sporting goods manufacturer and retailer by developing an integrated manufacturing and distribution solution leveraging lower labor costs, optimizing the global distribution network, and developing a global operating company in Asia to improve after-tax profits through operational efficiencies and tax benefits. His cost restructuring and procurement operations experience includes restructuring supply relationships for a prominent Silicon Valley green-tech product manufacturer. Scott’s business strategy experience includes identifying and implementing product line profit improvement strategies at a major U.S. consumer products company.
