As a Sr. Managing Director at TriVista, Scott understands that achieving measurable business results through dramatic improvements in financial performance and market value is about realigning a company’s people, processes and business structure to be agile under the pressures of changing market forces. To that end, Scott focuses his 25 years of experience on designing and executing sizeable cost-improvement efforts that are based on operational realignments within manufacturing, distribution, high-tech consumer hardware, retail and financial sectors.
While enterprise value gains in mid-market companies is the broader focus, Scott utilizes his Supply Chain, Corporate Strategy, and P&L Management expertise to achieve change on a granular level. This inclusive change management expertise not only provides Scott with enormous process insights, but also enables him to continually devise innovative solutions to effectively tackle strategic and operational challenges across the enterprise ecosystem for TriVista clients.
Scott has held leadership positions in Supply Chain and Business Strategy practices in which he has routinely partnered with clients to assess and develop business strategy, evaluate acquisition opportunities and improve operational performance across the supply chain. His mission is to help TriVista client companies incorporate agility in their operational DNA so that they can quickly respond to changing customer preferences for increased market share, lower cost structures and long-term financial stability.
