Brad Campling - Senior Advisor

As a Senior Advisor at TriVista, Brad brings over 15 years of lean manufacturing and project execution experience to our clients. Brad has extensive experience working in the heavy industrial equipment, automotive and aerospace industries. Brad also has very deep experience designing and implementing Lean and other process improvement methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Process Flow, Setup Reduction, Total Productive Maintenance, Poka-Yoke, Materials Management, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Process Control, JIT Delivery, and Six Sigma.

Prior to joining TriVista, Brad worked with some of the world’s leading manufacturers and government agencies including Bobcat Inc, Hill Rom, Electro-Motive Diesel (locomotive engines), Pratt & Whitney, Bell Helicopter, Kaman Aerospace, the United States Navy and Boeing to design and implement operational improvement programs that led to dramatic operational improvements and significant financial benefits.  One of Brad’s recent engagements with the US Navy led to more than $20 million in annualized savings.

Brad is a certified Six Sigma Black belt and is also certified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to teach and deploy Principles of Lean Manufacturing, Setup Reduction, Total Productive Maintenance, Value Stream Mapping and Cellular Manufacturing and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
