Brian Copp - Senior Advisor

As a Senior Advisor at TriVista, Brian works closely with clients on Lean and Operational Improvement Projects to execute shop floor improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas.  Brian has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience across a broad industry spectrum including ITT Industries, Eicom, Delphi Corporation, J&J Packaging, Frozen Specialties and i-Supply.

Brian has spent the last three years implementing Lean and Operational Best Practices across the Industrial, Marine, Pump, Motor, Aerospace, Rail and Automotive industries.  He has expertise in implementing manufacturing systems, lean manufacturing tools and techniques, production control mechanisms, process improvement, and change management. Starting as a Production Supervisor and working his way through various Industrial Engineering positions as well as Lean Change Agent, Brian has had the opportunity to design, facilitate, and implement lasting changes and improvement.

With nearly three decades of manufacturing experience, Brian has proven that he can deliver projects of varying size and complexity on time and within budget.

Brian received his bachelor’s of science in business administration with a focus on production and operations management from The Ohio State University, and master’s of science in manufacturing management from GMI Engineering and Management Institute at Kettering University in Michigan.
