Dick Yan - Sr. Supply Chain Specialist (China)

Dick brings TriVista clients more than 20 years of supply chain, operations, project management, and materials engineering experience. Prior to joining TriVista, Dick spent a number of years in senior procurement roles for ITT Industries in China where he successfully implemented supply chain best practices overseeing both domestic and overseas purchasing of direct and non-direct raw materials. Prior to his time at ITT, Dick worked with some of the largest corporations in China, including TRW Automotive Electronics, Highlink Technology Co. and Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation in various engineering and project management roles. He has extensive experience in the metal fabrication, electronic components and automotive industries as well as significant experience in sourcing electromechanical devices. Dick is a key member of our supply chain team in China supporting clients focusing on strategic sourcing, quality and procurement.

A native of Tianjin, Dick has extensive experience working with international companies. He received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ITT University and his bachelor’s of science with a concentration in metallic materials engineering from Tsinghua University, one of China’s most prestigious universities.
