TriVista Director, Peter Hlavin, Wins Silver Medal in World Masters High Jump Championship
TriVista’s Director, Peter Hlavin, is well known in the private equity world for his financial acumen during M&A transactions, but his ability to combine science with art extends well beyond the balance sheet. In August of 2015, the life-long track and field athlete, won a Silver Medal in the Male 55 high jump at the World Masters Athletics Championships. The competition took place in Lyon, France, and featured 24 high jumpers competing from 17 countries.
Other recent accolades include a Gold Medal at the U.S. National Senior Games in St. Paul, MN.
Peter’s passion for combing athletics with art has been a passion throughout his life. In the summer of 2015, Peter’s National Art Museum of Sport award winning high jump painting, Flygirl, was acquired by the NCAA and is now displayed in the NCAA’s gallery in Indianapolis, IN.
TriVista is extremely proud of Peter’s accomplishments and wishes him the best in his upcoming competitions.
