TriVista Expands Senior Leadership in Asia
TriVista is pleased to announce the addition of three key team members to our China & Southeast Asia team – Paul Aram, Dave Tickner, and Adrian Leck. Paul and Dave are based in China and will join our team of operational experts located in Tianjin, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Adrian has been appointed to establish our new office in Singapore and will be supporting the growing number of TriVista clients currently in the region or looking to expand operations to this rapidly growing market.
We look forward to leveraging their expertise and over 75+ years of combined experience to assist our clients with their operational issues and initiatives throughout Southeast Asia.
Paul is a global professional – his China, India, and Southeast Asia experience is extensive, having lived in China for over a decade. He has over 30 years of Operational and Supply Chain expertise, including significant experience with Greenfield startups, site relocations, business integrations, as well as enterprise wide continuous improvement and turnaround projects throughout China, Europe, and North America.
Dave has lived in China the past 15 years, and throughout his career has gained extensive experience working with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies to define strategy, develop products, improve business processes, and drive companywide continuous improvement programs to align operations with the overarching strategic goals of the business.
Adrian brings over 30 years of manufacturing industry experience, having completed several, multi-year assignments for Global Fortune 500 firms in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the United Kingdom. His expertise and consistent success in bridging Western & Asian corporate cultures in a wide range of industries has proven incredibly valuable to TriVista clients.
