Aaron Casillas

Aaron helps business and field services organizations scale through technology strategy, process improvement, and operational discipline. As Director in TriVista’s Digital & Technology Practice, he works with leadership teams to modernize enterprise systems, improve operational visibility, integrate acquisitions, and build scalable technology environments that support long-term growth.

With more than a decade of experience, Aaron brings a strong operator perspective to technology transformation. Before joining TriVista, he spent eight years on the leadership team of Titan Solar Power, a national residential solar and electrical contractor, where he led technology strategy and built enterprise systems supporting more than 1,800 employees, 4,000 users, 36 locations, and 1,100 field resources. His work connected ERP, CRM, field service, project management, inventory, supply chain, and HR systems across a rapidly growing organization.

Aaron later served as COO of Blu Banyan, an Oracle NetSuite solution provider and SaaS company, where he led services, client success, IT, and internal operations supporting more than 100 clients. At TriVista, his experience spans specialty contracting and multi-location field services, with a focus on technology strategy, ERP and CRM platforms, post-merger integration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization.

Aaron holds a BS in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Arizona.
