About Charlene

As Vice President of People Experience, Charlene Robison leads initiatives that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across TriVista. She oversees all aspects of the employee experience, from recruiting and onboarding to professional development and organizational culture, ensuring TriVista remains a place where people can thrive and grow. Her work spans organization development, knowledge management, and learning and development, creating integrated systems that drive both individual performance and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining TriVista, Charlene served as Director of Human Resources at KTGY Architecture + Planning, where she led HR operations and organization development across multiple offices. She brings a deep commitment to building collaborative, high-performing teams that support both individual and business success.

Charlene earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
