About Tim

Prior to founding TriVista in 2006, Tim Ristoff spent more than 25 years in senior operating roles with Fortune 500 companies, gaining firsthand experience leading complex global operations. Today, as TriVista’s Founder and CEO, he works closely with private equity investors, boards, and executive leadership teams to assess and improve business performance.

A recognized pioneer in operational due diligence, Tim has led hundreds of engagements for many of the world’s leading investment firms and operating companies across diverse industries. His ability to combine strategic insight with practical execution has made TriVista a trusted partner for organizations seeking lasting operational excellence.

Under Tim’s leadership, TriVista has been named one of Consulting Magazine’s fastest-growing global consulting firms and received multiple awards for excellence in operations consulting.

Tim holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from Miami University (Ohio).
