About Gavin

As Managing Director and leader of TriVista’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice, Gavin Fielden partners with private equity firms and corporate clients to evaluate operational and supply chain performance across global transactions. He leads due diligence and ESG-focused assessments that help investors make informed decisions and accelerate value creation.

Gavin joined TriVista in 2015, bringing extensive hands-on operating experience from his executive career at Johnson Electric. His background in global manufacturing and supply chain operations allows him to bridge strategic insight with practical execution, delivering clarity and confidence throughout the investment lifecycle.

Gavin holds an MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
