As a Principal at TriVista, Kevin brings extensive knowledge, experience, and passion to improving clients’ enterprise value across the deal cycle. Focusing primarily on M&A due diligence, global supply chain; sales, inventory, and operations planning; and lean implementation, his unique perspective has contributed significant value for numerous TriVista clients looking to create value using operational improvements.

Kevin’s deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes and deal lifecycles allows Kevin to develop a holistic approach towards identifying and driving value in manufacturing, supply chain, and business services. Kevin is comfortable across the value chain, leading Due Diligence to highly complex operational and cultural transformation projects that combine elements strategy, analytics, and culture. He has led large cross-functional teams in projects focused on resource management, brownfield startups, network optimization, and inventory optimization.

With dual concentrations of finance and marketing from Kellogg’s MBA program and a background in engineering from Stanford, Kevin combines experience with the understanding of how to develop and implement strategy to sustain top and bottom-line gains. His skill in developing value creation plans and executing against them by guiding diverse teams have resulted in project achievements that often surpass defined goals, making him invaluable to countless TriVista clients.
