With more than 20 years of experience leading operational transformations, Rusty is known for his ability to identify performance drivers and translate them into practical improvement strategies. His expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and P&L management has helped companies achieve measurable cost savings and long-term growth.
Rusty holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
