About Matt

As Principal in TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, Matt Loncar partners with executive teams and investors to assess and optimize supply chain performance, strengthen operations, and increase enterprise value. He helps organizations use data-driven insights to redesign processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity across manufacturing and distribution networks.

Matt has extensive experience in technical, financial, and operational leadership. Before joining TriVista, he held positions at The Ford Motor Company, Avery Dennison, and Swagelok, and served as COO and CFO for Spectrum Diversified Designs. His blend of engineering expertise and executive management experience enables him to help organizations achieve meaningful operational transformation.

Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
