What it does

Sales agent, first sold as Copilot for Sales, is a Microsoft AI assistant that connects Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce to Outlook and Teams so reps do not have to switch apps. Inside Outlook it summarizes email threads, drafts replies, and creates or updates CRM records from an email. Inside Teams it prepares meeting briefs from CRM history, writes summaries after each meeting, and answers plain-language questions about a deal or account. Setup needs a Microsoft 365 admin to deploy the app and a Dynamics 365 or Salesforce admin to connect CRM data. Usage is metered through Copilot Credits: each Dynamics 365 Sales Premium license includes 1,000 credits, with extra usage billed pay-as-you-go.

Where it can help

This fits a company already using Microsoft 365 alongside Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce, since its value comes from working inside Outlook and Teams, apps reps already use all day. A good starting point is a pilot with one sales team that already has Dynamics 365 Sales Premium licenses, where credits are included rather than billed separately at the start. As a planning figure, Sales Premium runs a few hundred dollars per user per month depending on term length and volume discounts, with credit overage pay-as-you-go; get current numbers from a Microsoft licensing partner. Check two things before buying: the product's name and packaging have already changed once, so confirm what it currently includes, and reps on Salesforce rather than Dynamics get a narrower set of features.

How the number is calculated

The score converts the baseline ELO rating onto the TriVista scale. The headline badge rounds to a whole number. Scores are not silently clipped or capped.

TriVista Score = 50 + (ELO − 1350) / 6

Before you choose
  • Customer feedback is not yet strong enough to change the starting rating.
  • The starting rating includes a product-specific comparison.
  • Check the current price before you decide.
  • We recorded rollout time, how it runs, and when it does not fit.
