Apollo AI
A sales prospecting tool with a database of more than 200 million contacts, plus AI that researches accounts, writes emails, and analyzes calls.
AI built into Salesforce's sales CRM that scores which leads are likely to close, forecasts pipeline, and drafts follow-up emails.
Sales Cloud Einstein is the AI add-on for Salesforce's own sales CRM. Reps use it to score leads and opportunities by how likely they are to close, draft follow-up emails, and get automatic summaries of calls and meetings. Einstein Activity Capture logs emails and calendar events into Salesforce so reps do not enter them by hand, and Einstein Forecasting uses machine learning on past pipeline data to predict quarterly numbers and flag risky deals. Salesforce also sells newer generative AI features under the Einstein GPT and Agentforce names, letting reps type plain-language questions about an account. Most features need the Enterprise or Unlimited edition of Sales Cloud, and admins manage them through Salesforce's standard setup console. Salesforce holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
This fits a company that already runs Salesforce Sales Cloud, since Salesforce does not sell Einstein on its own, and one with a lot of CRM history, at least a few thousand closed deals, for the scoring and forecasting models to learn from. A good starting point is one sales team turning on Einstein Activity Capture and lead scoring first, adding forecasting or AI email drafting later. As a planning figure, budget $50 to $75 per user per month for Einstein add-ons on top of an Enterprise edition seat at about $165 to $175 per user per month, and confirm with a Salesforce account executive. Watch two things: pricing and packaging change often as Salesforce folds features into Agentforce, and the AI's advice is only as good as the CRM data reps enter.
How one company factor at a time moves the modeled score. The published score is unchanged.

Estimate assumptions: This scenario uses a category-based allowance, not a verified price for this product. Based on 20 enabled users. Confirm the vendor’s billing unit and current price or quote before budgeting.
Benefits have not been estimated: The current research does not estimate potential savings, return on investment, or how long it would take to recover the cost. Earlier benefit estimates are excluded.
Confirm current product identity, commercial packaging, data processing terms, sign-in and access rules, retention, integrations, support model, implementation effort, and rollback conditions.
Verify identity, package, availability, ownership, pricing, and security evidence before approving a pilot

Define what success looks like for a test of Salesforce Einstein for Sales and assign someone to lead it.
Once the requirements above are met, compare a small trial with how your team works today.
Track adoption, output quality, business results, and actual costs against the estimate.
Use the results to decide whether to stop, adjust, or expand the pilot.
Confirm encryption, how the vendor uses your data, customer data separation, how long data stays and how to delete it, activity records, sign-in and user setup, where data is handled, other companies that process data, past incidents, and what your team must manage.
Review before rollout: confirm how to export your data, revoke access, and return to your existing workflow. Assign an owner and test the rollback plan before expanding use.
