As Director of Client Development, John Sears leads initiatives to strengthen TriVista’s relationships with private equity firms and corporate leaders, helping them access the firm’s full suite of operational, digital, and value creation capabilities. He focuses on understanding client objectives, aligning TriVista’s expertise to their needs, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive measurable results.
Before joining TriVista, John led business development and sales operations for the Consumer and Industrials sectors at L.E.K. Consulting, where he was responsible for driving client engagement and go-to-market strategy. His ability to connect strategic priorities with actionable solutions enables him to deliver meaningful impact for both new and existing clients.
Fluent in German and Spanish, John excels at building relationships across cultures and aligning teams to achieve shared goals.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Germanic Studies, Hispanic Studies, and Islamic Civilizations from Boston College.
