About Rusty

As Managing Director of TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, Rusty Parris works with executive teams and boards to enhance manufacturing and distribution performance through data-driven process improvement and operational excellence. He helps organizations increase productivity, improve quality, and build management systems that sustain results over time.

With more than 20 years of experience leading operational transformations, Rusty is known for his ability to identify performance drivers and translate them into practical improvement strategies. His expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and P&L management has helped companies achieve measurable cost savings and long-term growth.

Rusty holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
