About Joseph

As Principal in TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, Joseph Abbud helps companies optimize their supply chain networks and manufacturing footprints to achieve greater efficiency, lower costs, and enable growth. He works closely with executive teams to guide complex facility closures, consolidations, relocations, and M&A integrations.

Joseph brings extensive global experience in manufacturing and supply chain transformation. Over his career, he has led more than 100 large-scale footprint optimization projects, combining deep analytical rigor with practical implementation expertise. He also serves as an advisory board member to the University of Michigan’s manufacturing program, sharing insights on operational excellence and best practices.

A native of Mexico, Joseph is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MS in Quality Systems from Instituto de Administración Estratégica.
