About Adrian

Adrian helps global manufacturers improve operational performance through operational excellence, supply chain transformation, manufacturing footprint optimization, and post-merger integration. As Director of TriVista’s UK & Europe practice, he works with organizations to translate strategy into execution, delivering sustainable improvements across complex international operations.

With more than 40 years of manufacturing leadership experience, Adrian has held executive roles across Europe and Asia, leading operations for multinational organizations in the automotive, telecommunications, consumer products, industrial, medical device, packaging, and technology sectors. He spent 17 years living and working in Asia, where his responsibilities grew from leading a single manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China, to overseeing seven locations across four countries and approximately 7,600 employees. He also served on the Corporate China Council, advising business leaders on operational excellence initiatives and sponsoring the company’s Asia Lean Six Sigma program.

Before joining TriVista, Adrian served as President of Nelson-Miller Asia, General Manager at CoActive Technologies, and held multiple operations leadership roles with ITT Electronics Components and ITT Cannon. Throughout his career, he has led more than 10 major facility consolidations, greenfield developments, and manufacturing expansions, including projects that increased production capacity tenfold.

Adrian studied Mechanical Engineering at Derby College of Further Education and Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed executive training in value-based leadership, project planning, strategic management, and total quality management.
