Anthony DiPonio is a technology executive and transformation leader with deep experience helping organizations achieve growth and operational excellence through technology. As a Principal in TriVista’s Digital & Technology Practice, he advises private-equity portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, and publicly traded organizations on digital transformation, ERP strategy, and technology-enabled value creation.
Before joining TriVista, Anthony served as Chief Information Officer for a global media and publishing company, where he unified operations, modernized systems, and led multiple M&A carve-outs and acquisitions. Earlier, at Market Strategies International, a privately held market research firm acquired by private equity and scaled as a platform company, he guided system integrations, supported acquisition growth, and built global technology infrastructure.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern Michigan University. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and chairs the IT Committee at The Children’s Center, a nonprofit organization supporting children and families in Detroit.
