About Frank

As Managing Director and leader of TriVista’s Supply Chain & Operations Practice, Frank Ciotoli works with investors, boards, and executive leadership teams to assess and enhance supply chain performance, operational efficiency, and enterprise value. He leads engagements across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and procurement, helping organizations strengthen operational foundations and achieve strategic goals.

Prior to joining TriVista, Frank held senior leadership positions at Avery Dennison, where he built deep expertise in manufacturing, product innovation, and global supply chain management. His practical experience and results-driven approach make him a trusted advisor to clients navigating growth and transformation.

Frank holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
