ChatGPT Enterprise
A workplace AI assistant that helps staff write, research, and analyze data, kept private and never used to train the model.
An AI helper built into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Meet, now included in Google Workspace business plans rather than sold separately.
Gemini for Google Workspace is an AI helper that works inside Google's everyday apps. In Gmail it drafts and summarizes email. In Docs it writes first drafts and rewrites text. In Sheets it builds formulas and analyzes data. In Meet it takes automatic notes and translates. Since March 2025, Google folded these features into its paid Workspace plans, so there is no separate add-on fee; the price scales with the Workspace tier a company already buys. Admins turn features on or off and control data access through the standard Workspace admin console, using existing single sign-on and group policies. Note that Gemini also powers Gemini Enterprise, a separate, standalone agent and search platform sold at added cost.
This fits a company that already runs Gmail, Docs, and Sheets as its main productivity suite and wants AI help with no new logins or training. A practical starting point is upgrading a pilot group to Business Standard, the lowest tier with full Gemini access across Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet. As a planning figure, budget roughly $14 to $22 per user per month for the Workspace plan, since Gemini is no longer priced separately. A company that wants a dedicated AI search and agent layer should look at Gemini Enterprise instead, which is quoted and billed on its own. Watch for confusion between the two 'Gemini' names when comparing quotes, and confirm which apps and usage limits apply at each tier before committing seats.

Review before rollout: confirm how to export your data, revoke access, and return to your existing workflow. Assign an owner and test the rollback plan before expanding use.
