About Chris

As a Principal in TriVista’s Continuous Improvement Practice, Chris partners with executive teams to improve operational performance through continuous improvement, agile work practices, and supply chain optimization. He helps organizations build sustainable capabilities that increase productivity, reduce costs, and drive measurable business results.

Chris brings extensive experience leading operational transformations across industries including industrial products, healthcare, technology, food and beverage, business services, energy, specialty chemicals, and building products. Prior to joining TriVista, he held leadership positions with GAF Building Materials, Human Elements, Evolve Partners, Accenture, and Berry Plastics, where he led large-scale business transformation initiatives, operational excellence programs, and supply chain improvements for global organizations.

Throughout his career, Chris has helped organizations implement lean operating systems, establish effective business rhythms, and develop high-performing teams. His expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and executive coaching enables him to identify the root causes of operational challenges and deliver lasting improvements that strengthen organizational performance.

Chris holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified ScrumMaster®, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Professional Coach.
