Leon helps organizations achieve sustainable operational improvements through continuous improvement, supply chain optimization, and business transformation. As Director in TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, he partners with leadership teams to develop practical strategies that improve performance, strengthen organizational capabilities, and create long-term value.

With more than 20 years of experience as an operations executive and management consultant, Leon has led transformation initiatives for global corporations, private equity portfolio companies, and technology startups across the industrial products, consumer products, automotive, aerospace and defense, and specialty chemicals industries. His collaborative approach emphasizes working alongside client teams to implement innovative, sustainable solutions that improve operational performance and deliver measurable business results. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has helped organizations achieve millions of dollars in cost savings and productivity improvements.

Before joining TriVista, Leon served as Principal Consultant and Investor at y0 Strategy Excellence, Director of Supply Chain, Operations, and Strategic Sourcing at Canndescent, Operating Partner at Lee Kim Tah Pte. Ltd., and Chief Excellence Officer, Director of Competitive Strategy, and General Manager at PAS Technologies (StandardAero). Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia, Leon brings a global perspective to every engagement and is fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Leon holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt through Six Sigma Academy.
