Melissa helps organizations strengthen supply chain performance by combining engineering expertise with hands-on operational leadership. As Director in TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, she works with executive teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize supply chain performance, and implement sustainable solutions that drive measurable financial results.

Melissa brings extensive experience leading distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, and supply chain operations across the medical device and healthcare industries. She partners closely with stakeholders at every level to identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and execute strategic initiatives that improve business continuity and long-term performance. Her expertise spans supply chain optimization, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), sourcing and procurement, manufacturing footprint strategy, post-merger integration, and continuous improvement.

Before joining TriVista, Melissa held operations and supply chain leadership roles at NuVasive and General Electric Healthcare, where she led distribution operations, global inventory planning, manufacturing engineering, and production management. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented large-scale planning systems, improved inventory performance, and developed operational strategies that increased efficiency and reduced costs.

Melissa holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Statistics and an Executive MS in Engineering Management from the University of South Carolina. She is APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
