About Rick

As Principal in TriVista’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice, Rick Kueller partners with private equity investors and executive teams to conduct operational and supply chain due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. He helps clients identify opportunities to improve performance and unlock value across manufacturing and distribution networks.

With more than 25 years of experience in technical and operations leadership at Fortune 500 companies, Rick has held senior roles across the consumer, pharmaceutical, medical device, and industrial sectors. His deep background in Lean Six Sigma and process optimization enables him to deliver data-driven insights and practical solutions that enhance operational performance.

Rick is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MS in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
