About James

As a Principal in TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, James partners with executive teams to optimize supply chains and improve operational performance through data-driven strategy and execution. He specializes in footprint and network optimization, warehousing and distribution, sourcing, and logistics, helping organizations identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and create sustainable enterprise value.

James combines deep analytical expertise with hands-on operational experience to lead complex transformation initiatives across a range of industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, building products, distribution, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing. His holistic approach integrates Lean Six Sigma principles with project management and process transformation, ensuring operational improvements are practical, measurable, and sustainable.

Throughout his career at TriVista, James has led numerous supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, and network design initiatives, helping clients strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and achieve long-term growth.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Operations Management from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified through the University of California, Irvine.
