About Jeff

Jeff helps manufacturers and supply chain organizations improve operational performance through Lean transformation, supply chain optimization, and strategy execution. As Director in TriVista’s Operations Improvement Practice, he works with clients to streamline operations, strengthen manufacturing performance, and build organizations capable of delivering sustainable, measurable results.

Jeff has more than 35 years of experience leading business transformations across the automotive, building products, consumer products, distribution, food and beverage, industrial products, and business services industries. His expertise spans operations, manufacturing, global supply chain, organizational development, and continuous improvement. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for delivering hands-on leadership, building high-performing teams, and implementing operational improvements that generate rapid returns on investment.

Before joining TriVista, Jeff served in executive leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer at Lake Holdings and Vice President of Operations at Jacob Holm Industries. He also held several operations and supply chain leadership roles at Avery Dennison, following service as a Major and Chemical Officer in the United States Army.

Jeff holds a BS in History from the University of Southern Mississippi and is pursuing an MBA at Wilmington College. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Champion, and has completed ISO 9001/QS 9000 Auditor Training and Management Certification through Georgia Technical Institute.
