About Therese

As Vice President of TriVista’s Executive Recruitment Services, Therese Eckhoff leads TriVista’s efforts to build high-performing leadership teams for clients across the technology, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. She partners closely with executives to identify and recruit leaders who drive growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment.

Therese and her team have a proven track record of placing C-level executives, interim leaders, and senior functional experts who deliver meaningful results. Known for her collaborative approach and deep understanding of both organizational needs and market dynamics, she helps clients find leaders who not only meet technical requirements but also embody the vision and values of their organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting, Therese previously ran her own successful search firm before joining TriVista in 2014.

She holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago, Advanced Certificate in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting from Cornell University, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from DePaul University.
