A client engaged TriVista to provide acquisition integration support relating to the integration of two leading medical device manufacturers. The scope of the integration included all SG&A, Operations, and IT including ERP harmonization.

Sourcing analysis to understand supplier overlap and develop plan to execute optimization of sourcing and capitalize on sourcing synergies

Developed detailed project plan with over 800 items to track progress of all workstreams

Captured a 6% reduction in operating costs through optimizing operational processes and staffing across two companies, improving sourcing strategies, and negotiating shipping costs for combined company
