A leading, Private Equity-backed producer of plant-based meat substitutes opened a second facility to accommodate its rapid growth and needed new plant leadership.

Our Approach

• TriVista Recruitment visited the new facility to gain a detailed and thorough understanding of operations and culture to help efficiently identify appropriate and qualified job candidates
• TriVista operational experts interviewed multiple candidates and within a two-week period, several candidates with in-depth food production experience were presented to the hiring team
• A finalist moved through a series of phone, video and on-site interviews. Of particular appeal to the client was the candidate’s collaborative, servant leadership style and facility start-up experience
