Joseph Abbud helps companies optimize their supply chain network and footprint design to achieve the lowest possible costs.
Joseph oversees the firm’s Footprint Optimization Practice, focusing on facility closures, consolidations, relocations, capacity utilization and M&A synergy. Working directly with leadership teams, his practice brings detailed analytical rigor, along with experience-based toolsets, to ensure projects go as planned.
Joseph is subject-matter expert on footprint planning and transfers, having led more than 100 complex global footprint transformations during his career. He is also an expert on operational best practices in manufacturing, serving as an advisory board member to the University of Michigan program.
Joseph is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Master.
A native of Mexico, Joseph received a BS in industrial engineering from the Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and an MS in quality systems from the Instituto de Administracion Estrategica.
