• Conducted weekly client update calls with members of the private equity firm

The Results

• Within 6 weeks, 3 qualified candidates interviewed with the hiring decision makers
• 2 finalists were selected for on-site interviews. Both candidates demonstrated outstanding operational leadership and communication skills, having a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing processes.
