As the leader of TriVista’s Supply Chain practice, Jeff brings an uncommon level of experience in working with both union and non-union facilities on strategy development and execution, supply chain optimization, global project management, cost and inventory reduction, customer service and lead-time reduction. His 30-year career is punctuated by numerous C-suite and senior process engineering roles having worked across 17 countries to collectively deliver more than $130M in cost savings and profit improvements for various global enterprises.

Jeff received a BA in Operations from University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned a Lean Manufacturing Master Level Certification.
