Steven Imholt works with TriVista clients to assess footprint strategies and operations and process improvement opportunities on both sides of M&A transactions and directly for operating companies.

Steven has supported a wide range of engagements for clients across North America, Mexico, Asia, and Europe including M&A transactions, post-merger integrations, facility startups, relocations, consolidations, and other operational improvement projects. He partners with clients to deliver significant cost reductions, capacity expansion, and integrations of processes and technology.

Prior to joining TriVista, Steven was a Process Engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager for a $1B print and marketing company. During his time there, he played a key role in turning around a manufacturing facility struggling to produce positive EBITDA.

Steven has been instrumental to the success of many TriVista projects in which he has equipped leaders and key groups with the organizational insight required to inform and align people on how to drive positive outcomes.

His various contributions include performing extensive site evaluations, critical P&L breakdowns, and training and implementation of Lean systems. His communication and collaboration skills continue to enable Steven to lead high-performing teams to deliver bottom-line results on every TriVista engagement.
